I am... the most Simple Complexity

First and foremost, I am Mexican. I was born in a beautiful town in Mexico called, Atlixco Puebla. Arrived in the states at the age of ONE and was raised in New Rochelle, Ny. I'd love to share my story with the world.

I'm a learner. An aspiring Diplomat. Photographer in training. An artists. An Immigration activist. A believer. A lover. A Woman of God.

International Relations penetrates my brain & heart. I'm a traveler and an Optimist. People interest me and make me smile. Mi Mexico Lindo, te adoro. Culturally fueled.

My blood runs smoothly through my veins at the beat of a melody.

Immigration is a topic sensitive to my own life. It has deeply left its imprints in my heart. I know exactly what it is to feel in limbo. Only those who have been through it know exactly what I mean.

My spirits are sky high with the love of my Father. My God. A Spiritualist. I believe in Him and only Him. Jesus came to save us.

Completely complicated within. Complexity is my nature. Knowledge is what I seek. Investigative, Thorough, & Analytical. I love you, God, Life, My family, Culture, People, Music, Photography. The World.

What is the DREAM Act you ask?

It’s a legislation that would give undocumented students a legal status in the United States.

1. Must have be in the US since the age of 16.

2. Must be in the country for 5 consecutive years at the time of application.

3. Must have graduate from a US high school or have obtained a GED.

4. Must enroll or be enrolled in a 2 year college or in military service and successfully complete those 2 years.

5. Must have a good moral character - meaning no arrests, felonies, fraud etc.

About 60,000 undocumented students graduate from High School each year and are left in limbo with out much of an opportunity to continue their studies.

Why, you ask?

Because College is getting to damn expensive and without the access of financial aid or grants, it is close to impossible to carryon this dream.
